I am a senior technology leader and working technical leader with over 18 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformations. My career is defined by bridging the gap between business strategy and engineering reality. I don’t just oversee systems; I build them, architect them, and empower the teams that maintain them. Whether I am architecting complex Salesforce ecosystems or leading a global team of 40+ engineers, my focus remains on three core principles: structural integrity, technical craftsmanship, and clear, executable business outcomes.

Technology is only as good as the people building it. With over 6 years of dedicated engineering management experience, I focus on building lean, high-performing teams where ownership and directness are the norms.

Outside of the office, I am an avid woodworker. Woodworking teaches me patience, the necessity of structural integrity, and the beauty of functional design. It is a constant reminder that the best solutions—whether in code or in oak—are those where aesthetic design and functional utility meet in perfect balance.

Rhythm and Harmony.

Music is another creative outlet. As a drummer, guitarist, and pianist, I find that music is the ultimate exercise in both collaborative listening and disciplined improvisation. Whether I am behind a kit or sitting at the piano, the process requires the same focus on tempo, theory, and structural harmony that I bring to complex system architecture. It serves as a constant reminder that the best results come when individual parts are in sync with the collective rhythm.

I am a maker at heart. From low-level C/C++ and Java to modern React, Python, and Apex, I stay hands-on because I believe leadership requires technical trust. I view writing code and technical documentation as a form of communication—it must be precise, accessible, and maintainable.
